Standard Shipping: $7.00 USPS First Class 5-7 business days for orders under $100
International Shipping: We are currently not offering International Shipping at this time. If you are interested in international shipping please reach out for a quote.
Before placing your order: please confirm that your delivery address has been entered correctly, as we cannot be held responsible for missing packages due to incorrectly entered information or undeliverable addresses.
Ship Time: We ship in stock items within 3-4 business days. Many items are made to order and ship time quotes are noted in the item description. If you need a rush shipment, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
Return Policy
If you are unhappy with your item, we offer returns for items in new and unworn condition with original packaging within 14 days of your receipt of shipment, with the exception of custom order items such as stacking rings.
To start a return, please reach out to amy@helenethelstudio.com for a return label. Return shipping is $7.00 and will be deducted from the refund. If you would like to make an exchange please contact us to arrange for this.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
